Why No Refunds?
Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Once you receive your personalized report or reading, you have permanent access to the information provided.
Ensure Accuracy Before Purchase
Please verify that all information is correct before completing your purchase, including:

- Your birth time (as accurate as possible)
- Your birth location
- Any other personal details required for your reading
Accurate birth information is essential for the precision of your Human Design chart, astrology reading, or Gene Keys report. We cannot issue refunds for reports generated with incorrect information provided by the customer.
